When the host has a DB library installed, namely LMDB, host-heimdal
will detect it and try to use, resulting in a build failure due to
missing symbols.
Really disable all the DB backends, we don't need them.

should also not refer to it.
This is a mechanical change with

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for BSD-3c is BSD-3-Clause.
This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/BSD-3c/BSD-3-Clause/g'

host-heimdal is required for samba 4.1.x since it can't (yet) link
with an external heimdal implementation and can't cross-compile the
internal tools.
