5539e93cfc package/freerdp: bump version
There has been no new release recently, and the 1.0 branch is out-dated.

The 1.1 branch has not been release-tagged since the last beta tag,
but it still continues to receive bug fixes, and is relatively stable.

The next major release should be 1.2.0, but it is still in beta, looks
like it is focused on Android, and was only recently tagged.

So, we use the latest cset from the 1.1 branch until there is a new
release (either 1.2.0 or 1.1.0), at which point we can revisit which
version we'll use.

Drop our patch, since the problem has been fixed upstream (with a more
complete solution.)

8bc74c5258 imx6sabresd: boot to /init in mfgtools mode
Buildroot supplies a nice /init wrapper script to use when booting from a
ramdisk.

We add a patch to u-boot to tell the kernel to boot into /init (instead of
/linuxrc) on i.MX6, when booting in mfgtools mode. This way we can boot a
buildroot system entirely through USB.

f009496d68 configs/freescale_imx6dlsabresd: add defconfig for iMX6DL SabreSD
This is very similar to freescale_imx6qsabresd_defconfig, which supports the
i.MX6Q ("Quad", quad core CPU) version of the board, except it supports the
i.MX6DL (DualLite, dual core CPU) version.

The differences are in the U-boot configuration and the device tree file.

edab68c1f1 python, python3: add patch to prevent distutils from adjusting the shebang
The copy_scripts() method in distutils copies the scripts listed
in the setup file and adjusts the first line to refer to the
current Python interpreter. When cross-compiling, this means that
the adjusted shebang refers to the host Python interpreter.

As a consequence, we add a patch for python and python3 that
force copy_scripts() to preserve the shebang when
cross-compilation is detected.

a373ad0256 manual/user guide/customization: change recommendation for package paths
The Buildroot manual was recommending following paths for project-specific
packages:
    package/<company>/<boardname>/foo/
    $BR2_EXTERNAL/package/<boardname>/foo/

However, if a company has several boards, it is often the case that some
packages are common for different boards. Therefore, introducing a
<boardname> path component is not ideal.

This patch changes the recommendation to:
    package/<company>/foo/

32ef7396f7 manual/user guide/customization: re-order introduction
This patch re-orders the enumeration of typical project customization
actions:
- move the 'patching packages' section downwards.
- group the entries on post-build scripts and rootfs-overlays to match the
  actual section text.

Since indented enumerations use asterixes, update the top-level entries with
asterixes too for consistency.
