Remove 'usb_modeswitch-makefile.patch' because it was merged upstream.
This package contains a dispatcher (wrapper) that can be installed as Tcl
script or as binary without further dependency. If Tcl is selected and the
binary interpreter is installed (BR2_PACKAGE_TCL &&
!BR2_PACKAGE_TCL_SHLIB_ONLY) the dispatcher will be installed as Tcl script
otherwise as binary.

This patch updates usb_modeswitch to version 1.2.4. The
usb_modeswitch.mk needed to be modified for usb_modeswitch to compile.
Also added extra remove section for the added help scripts and files.

Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
GENTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.

usb_modeswitch build system is just a simple Makefile, so the
GENTARGETS infrastructure is more appropriate than the AUTOTARGETS
infrastructure. The build system is slightly fixed through a small
patch, that replaces the previous "nostrip" patch.
The latest version of usb_modeswitch is 1.1.1, but it now relies on
udev and requires TCL to operate. Someone actually using
usb_modeswitch would probably be at a better place to do this version
bump.

Upgrade libusb to v1.0.3 and add new libusb-compat package for
compatibility with old packages that expect the pre-1.0 API.
Also update usb_modeswitch to depend on libusb-compat rather than
libusb.
