58002d40e9 - iff the cross-compiler supports certain mtune,march,mabi flags then use them for the packages. 
This should make it obvious if the wrong compiler is used to build the target.

acc706b7b6 - the external-toolchain.mk is not parallel-safe, so ignore it. 
- first step of minor adjustments to allow for a toplevel 'make -j128' (regardless of BR2_JLEVEL)

62b5ae4b66 Fix INITRAMFS target that was broken. Get rid of config stuff out of the top-level directory. Finally fix Linux kernel module building such that modules are built and installed first followed by rest of packages.
