acbe6a0a89 configs/nezha_defconfig: new defconfig
Add a defconfig for the Allwinner Nezha, a raspberrypi-style board built
around the RISC-V 64bit D1 SoC.

There is currently no upstream support, so use the git repos from Samuel
Holland as explained on the linux-sunxi wiki:

https://linux-sunxi.org/Allwinner_Nezha

The U-Boot DTB is also used by opensbi, but the two branches are
unfortunately not in sync at the moment, so add a patch to fix the
compatible for the PLIC so opensbi makes it available to S-Mode (Linux).

The use of the sun20i-d1-spl SPL bootloader / TOC1 file format also makes it
a bit more complicated to build the boot image. As this is expected to only
be a temporary issue, add a U-Boot patch to build the TOC1 image as part of
the build rather than adding explicit support in our U-Boot package to do
it.

87b06f3a80 boot/sun20i-d1-spl: new package
U-Boot does not yet have SPL code to initialize the DDR controller on the
Allwinner D1 - So instead package the sun20i-d1-spl bootloader, which is
based on boot0 from the Allwinner BSP with some modifications to build it
separately from the BSP and boot mainline U-Boot as explained on the
linux-sunxi wiki:

7485f5be0c package/libteam: new package
This package is the userspace daemon, client tool, and library for the
team device implementation in the Linux kernel. Team is an alternative
to the traditional bonding driver and provides more "runners", or modes,
of operation for aggregates. None of these modes are enabled by default
and need a custom kernel config.

Backported the three most relevant patches to fix musl build, revert of
a fix prior to 1.31 that can cause high CPU load, and a fix to prevent
failing to stop the daemon due to too short timeout for kill command.

e694cc0a25 package/watchdogd: new package
This patch adds support for watchdogd, a watchdog daemon with built-in
process supervisor[1] as well as support for monitoring memory & file
descriptor leaks, and CPU load average. When a monitored resource
reaches a high watermark, a warning message is logged and when critical
level is reached, the cause is saved and the system is rebooted. On
reboot the reset cause can be retrieved to help locate the culprit.

Support for SysV init script in this patch, and systemd unit file is
installed from the one bundled with the package. Both files supoort
additional command line options in /etc/default/watchdogd.

The Config.in is slightly big, but allows for disabling or adjusting
the poll interval for each resource monitor.

For more information, see https://github.com/troglobit/watchdogd

c23612b5db package/opencv4: new package
opencv4 is not fully backward compatible with opencv3 as "a lot of C API
from OpenCV 1.x has been removed.": https://opencv.org/opencv-4-0.

Moreover, it should be noted that layout of include files as well as
pkg-config filename changed since
a956732874

All these changes mean that most of buildroot packages (e.g. vlc,
ffmpeg) are not compatible with opencv4.

Here is the most important changes between opencv3 and opencv 4.5.1:
 - License is Apache-2.0 (https://opencv.org/opencv-4-5-0)
 - openjpeg is an optional dependency (enabled by default) since
   0384eb7d8c
jpeg2000 can be enabled through openjpeg or jasper
 - pkg-config must be enabled with OPENCV_GENERATE_PKGCONFIG since
   e755a2a6e4
 - cmake is not installed in /usr/share anymore so hook can be dropped
 - C++11 is required since
   d4688e6474

clapack has been unmaintained for a couple of years. It is
semi-automatically generated from lapack sources using the f2c

Remove the package. Remove the dependency on !CLAPACK from lapack.
Automatically select lapack from legacy if possible.

58d7c712d7 package/riscv64-elf-toolchain: new package
This commit adds a new package for a prebuilt bare-metal toolchain for
RISC-V 64-bit. Indeed, some bootloader/firmware for the BeagleV (and
potentially later for other platforms?) do not build with a
Linux-capable toolchain.

This uses a pre-built toolchain from SiFive, precompiled for x86-64,
so all packages using this toolchain must have the appropriate
BR2_HOSTARCH dependency.

This package is modeled after package/arm-gnu-a-toolchain/, which
package a pre-built ARM32 bare-metal toolchain.

35af2bb801 package/docker-containerd: rename package to containerd
containerd is now an independent project from Docker.

This commit renames the Buildroot package from docker-containerd to containerd,
adding a entry in Config.in.legacy accordingly.

containerd is an industry-standard container runtime with an emphasis on
simplicity, robustness and portability. It is available as a daemon for Linux
and Windows, which can manage the complete container lifecycle of its host
system: image transfer and storage, container execution and supervision,
low-level storage and network attachments, etc.

fceec33568 package/protozero: new package
Minimalistic protocol buffer decoder and encoder in C++.
Designed for high performance. Suitable for writing zero copy
parsers and encoders with minimal need for run-time allocation
of memory.

Low-level: this is designed to be a building block for writing
a very customized decoder for a stable protobuf schema. If your
protobuf schema is changing frequently or lazy decoding is not
critical for your application then this approach offers
no value: just use the C++ API that can be generated with
the Google Protobufs protoc program.

6d9fdc0984 package/ssdp-responder: new package
Small (35k), and stand-alone, SSDP responder with built-in web server
(on port 1901) for serving description.xml when Windows scans for any
network devices on the LAN. Also includes ssdp-scan (31k), similar to
the mdns-scan tool, to probe for SSDP capable devices.

Although it does not use fork(), it still fails to build on noMMU: lots
of missing function declarations, and lots of multicast-related structs
definitions, causing warnings like:

ssdp-scan.c:57:12: warning: implicit declaration of function ‘strdup’; did you mean ‘strcmp’? [-Wimplicit-function-declaration]
ssdp-scan.c:57:10: warning: assignment to ‘char *’ from ‘int’ makes pointer from integer without a cast [-Wint-conversion]

and errors like:

ssdp.c:357:17: error: storage size of ‘imr’ isn’t known
    struct ip_mreq imr;
                   ^~~

Finding the root cause why those get not defined in MMU on uClibc is
quite a head-scratching, so let's just disablessdp-responder for noMMU

ad50d8a478 package/qoriq-rcw: rename from package/rcw
This is really only for QoriQ SoCs. Also the upstream package - despite
its base name of the git repository - is "qoriq-components/rcw". Thus
rename it to a more specify package name.

Note that there are other rcw implementations for other platforms, and
each implementation only applies to that specific platform; it hus does
not make sense that there are more than one rcw enabled at the same
time; so we keep using /usr/share/rcw as the install location; this also
help backward compatibility with existing post-build scripts.

a5fa2469e6 configs/rock64_defconfig: remove defconfig
The rock64 defconfig is currently broken [1][2] since a while due to
incompatibility between uboot-2017.09-rockchip-ayufan fork and pylibfdt.
Even with the latest uboot-2017.09-rockchip-ayufan fork version [3],
it doesn't build.

The original submitter tried the uboot upstream rock64-rk3328_defconfig
but the board doesn't boot [4].

In order to not release 2020.05 with a broken defconfig, let's remove
it. It can be re-added later once the uboot issue has been resolved.
