2277fdeca8 package/*/Config.in: fix help text check-package warnings
This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help
text of all package Config.in files, related to the formatting of the
help text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62
characters.

The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A
few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to
indent the help text.

2d8f3fc430 arch/mips: add support for MIPS NaN
MIPS supports two different NaN encodings, legacy and 2008. Information
about MIPS NaN encodings can be found here:

  https://sourceware.org/binutils/docs/as/MIPS-NaN-Encodings.html

NaN legacy is the only option available for R2 cores and older.
NaN 2008 is the only option available for R6 cores.
R5 cores can have either NaN legacy or NaN 2008, depending on the
implementation. So, if the user selects a generic R5 target architecture
variant, we show a choice menu with both options available. For well
known R5 cores we directly select the NaN enconding they use.

9318b864d3 uclibc: enable libintl stubs
In order to avoid having to bring libintl from gettext whenever you
want to build a program that needs it, uClibc-ng now provides a stub
implementation of the gettext functions in uClibc-ng itself. This
brings uClibc-ng in the same situation as musl.

This will fix a lot of build failures related to static linking with
libintl, and generally is a first step to simplify our gettext
handling.

64c67e07fa uclibc: arc: Disable usage of atomic ops if hardware has no LLSC
Since uClibc-ng v1.0.20 we can force libc to either use llock/scond
instructions for atomic ops or if those are missing use kernel-assisted
emulation. By default atomics are used so we disable that feature in

This allows us to build and use NPTL on ARC750 for example which was not
possible before.

8218ab8019 toolchain: configs: improve toolchain config readability
Add (or move) comment lines in toolchain-related Config.in files
to improve readability of the toolchain config section.

Source linux-headers/Config.in.host after toolchain-buildroot items.

For toolchain-buildroot case, the config file now looks like this:
*
* Toolchain
*

*
* Toolchain Buildroot Options
*

*
* Kernel Header Options
*

*
* uClibc Options
*

*
* Binutils Options
*

*
* GCC Options
*

*
* Host GDB Options
*

*
* Toolchain Generic Options
*
