86d7922952 toolchain: drop codesourcery arm/aarch64 toolchains
codesourcery arm/aarch64 toolchains are old (2014) and use glibc
2.18/2.20 which are not compatible with 64-bit time_t raising the
following build failure with libcgroup since commit
1c2dbcdcf0:

7e0e6e3b86 toolchain/toolchain-external/toolchain-external-bootlin: update to 2023.11-1
New toolchains have been released, with the following changes:

- The bleeding-edge toolchains are based on gcc 13.2, binutils 2.41,
  gdb 14.1, kernel headers 5.10, glibc 2.38, musl 1.2.4 or uclibc-ng
  1.0.45.

- The stable toolchains are based on gcc 12.3, binutils 2.40, gdb
  13.2, kernel headers 4.14, glibc 2.38, musl 1.2.4 or uclibc-ng
  1.0.45.

- The glibc version is no longer affected by CVE-2023-4911

- The gdb build has been fixed to no longer rely on uninstalled
  libbfd.so and libopcodes.so libraries

- The zlib library, which was incorrectly present in the toolchain
  sysroot, is gone, fixing various build failures encountered with
  2023.08 toolchains.

- There are now toolchains for m68k 68xxx based on uclibc and musl in
  addition to glibc, which was already supported

The careful reviewer will notice that a number of

    depends on !BR2_ARCH_NEEDS_GCC_AT_LEAST_14

are being added to the toolchains that use gcc 13.x, as per
a0d2a5cfec
("support/scripts/gen-bootlin-toolchains: generate
BR2_ARCH_NEEDS_GCC_AT_LEAST_X guard").

530e6e97b1 toolchain/toolchain-external/toolchain-external-bootlin: update to 2023.08 toolchains
A new version of Bootlin toolchains, 2023.08, has been recently
released. Besides the usual updates of GCC, binutils, GDB, kernel
headers, and C libraries, support for AArch64 BE with musl has been
enabled, which explains why there are two new toolchains and two new
test cases.

Note that the sparcv8 uClibc toolchains are considered obsolete. They
are still available, but at some point we'll have to drop them from the
choice.

dcb74db89e arch: add support for configurable page size on ARM64
This commit is based on earlier work from Łukasz Stelmach
<l.stelmach@samsung.com> to add support for different page sizes on
ARM64.

In his initial submission, Łukasz took an approach similar to this
one, i.e make it ARM64-specific. Following the feedback on the mailing
list, his second version [1] tried to generalize the logic to
configure the page size between architectures. But the general
consensus during the review process was that there wasn't much to
generalize in the end.

So, this new iteration is back to a simpler approach:

 * We have new options in Config.in.arm to configure the page
   size. Only 4 KB and 64 KB are supported, because our testing in
   Qemu and real hardware has not allowed to get a successful setup
   for 16 KB pages. We can always re-add support for 16 KB later if
   that is resolved.

 * The logic to define the ARCH_TOOLCHAIN_WRAPPER_OPTS options is
   moved from the ARC-specific file to arch/arch.mk, and extended to
   cover ARM64.

 * The appropriate logic in uclibc.mk and linux.mk is added to tweak
   the relevant configuration options.

 * A test case is added in the runtime test infrastructure to test
   building and booting under Qemu a 64 KB configuration, with all 3 C
   libraries.

For the regular configuration of 4 KB pages, this commit makes one
functional change: on ARM64, -Wl,-z,max-page-size=4096 is now passed in
the compiler flags of the wrapper.

b3c66481e1 toolchain: re-generate Bootlin toolchain descriptions
Following the releases of 2021.11 Bootlin toolchains, this commit
represents the result of re-running the gen-bootlin-toolchains script.

The only part that isn't auto-generated are the contents of
Config.in.legacy, which account for the replacement of the RISC-V LP64
toolchain by RISC-V LP64D toolchains.

The complete set of runtime test cases was verified on Gitlab CI:

d721c95b8b support: fix flake8 error E741 ambiguous variable name
A recent update of flake8 in CI introduced a new check E741. It
basically checks that variables are at least 3 characters long. Up to
now, however, we have used shorter names in some places - all of them
turn out to be "l" for a line of text.

Replace all those "l" variables with "line".

As listed in the br_fragment file of the toolchain, this is built for a
little-endian "custom" xtensa variant rather than the (big-endian) fsf one:

BR2_xtensa=y
BR2_XTENSA_CUSTOM=y

So update the dependencies in the script and regenerate Config.in.options /
toolchain test.  Also fixup the autobuild config snippet to match.

679a1ba24b support/testing/tests/toolchain/test_external: support non-ELF toolchains
The TestExternalToolchain() base class implement a test checking if
the ELF interpreter that is advertised by Busybox really exists in the
rootfs. Of course, this only makes sense with ELF toolchains. Until
now, only ELF toolchains were tested, but we are going to use
TestExternalToolchain() with non-ELF toolchains as well, so let's make
this conditional.

8bbc37e933 support/testing: add tests for musl and uclibc toolchains
These tests simply build a system with musl and uclibc toolchains, and
boot them under qemu. It allows to minimally validate that our support
for musl/uclibc external toolchains is working. We already had some
tests covering glibc toolchains, so we can now easily test that all
three C libraries are supported.

fb71372d5f support/testing: add toolchain tests
This commit adds an initial toolchain test case, testing the ARM
CodeSourcery toolchain, just checking that the proper sysroot is used,
and that a minimal Linux system boots fine under Qemu.
