Static linking with libbsd fails because of multiple definition of the strlcpy symbol. uClibc optionally provides these symbols. So add a dependency on dynamic library to avoid a build failure with a zeromq-enabled bitcoin or with stress-ng. This library provides useful functions commonly found on BSD
systems, and lacking on others like GNU systems, thus making
it easier to port projects with strong BSD origins, without
needing to embed the same code over and over again on each
project.
