This reverts commit 2a56de2dec, which
causes a large number of build failures, because parted now
unconditionally tries to link against -liconv.

Subject: [PATCH] configure.ac: uclinux is also linux

uclinux is used in the tuple for some noMMU linux builds like Blackfin
