Peter Korsgaard 4a7462b34d toolchain: disallow internal/ctng toolchains for microblaze

Say 'y' if you want to generate the toolchain with crosstool-NG
( http://ymorin.is-a-geek.org/projects/crosstool )
This is considered experimental, and you can expect some breakage.
