Thomas Petazzoni 10b97618f5 toolchain-external: add hashes for Blackfin toolchains ... Those toolchains are downloaded from Sourceforge, and are therefore affected by the Sourcefoge download issues. Therefore, this commit adds the hashes for those toolchain tarballs.
