BR2_PACKAGE_HOST_RUSTC_ARCH_SUPPORTS dependency was wrongly added to
BR2_PACKAGE_HOST_IMAGEMAGICK by commit
df20e45463, indeed host-librsvg is only
needed by BR2_PACKAGE_HOST_IMAGEMAGICK_SVG
