James Hilliard f67a6e9b7a package/weston: bump to version 10.0.0 ... Drop patches that are now upstream. Jpeg dependency is now optional. Add new backend compositor options. Add comment indicating fbdev is deprecated(not yet removed). Enable tools to match existing default(all enabled).
