José Luis Salvador Rufo 68dfd09708 package/zfs: bump version to 2.1.4 ... Removed 0001-Correct-a-flaw-in-the-Python-3-version-checking.patch because is already merged. Select libcurl as required dependency, because keylocation now supports https. OpenSSL was already a dependency, so libcurl will be built with https support. Add upstream patch to support uClibc. We update the test cases to use the latest LTS kernel, 5.15.x.
