André Erdmann 2a8ceecd80 package/systemd: check BR2_TARGET_GENERIC_GETTY
Do not create a [serial-]getty link if BR2_TARGET_GENERIC_GETTY is not set.
Might be useful for custom setups (rootfs overlay).
