Thomas Petazzoni e811f51549 toolchain: like glibc, musl always provides SSP support 
Make sure BR2_TOOLCHAIN_USES_MUSL selects BR2_TOOLCHAIN_HAS_SSP since
musl always provides SSP support (like glibc).
