Axel Lin 434d31d66e spice: bump to version 0.12.4
According to the ChangeLog, spice needs glib2 since 0.12.2.
Thus add libglib2 dependency to fix build error if !BR2_PACKAGE_LIBGLIB2.
Also add a patch to fix trivial build error.

help
The Spice project aims to provide a complete open source
solution for interaction with virtualized desktop devices.
The Spice project deals with both the virtualized devices
and the front-end. Interaction between front-end and
back-end is done using VD-Interfaces.
This package implements the server-part of Spice.
