Peter Korsgaard fb6274f5de Revert "package/python3: bump version to 3.12.1"
This reverts commit 36e635d2d5.

Python 3.12 is still causing too many build failures, so revert for 2024.02.

Subject: [PATCH] Abort on failed module build
When building a Python module fails, the setup.py script currently
doesn't exit with an error, and simply continues. This is not a really
nice behavior, so this patch changes setup.py to abort with an error,
so that the build issue is clearly noticeable.
