Gustavo Zacarias fe2ca806b0 pcre: bump to version 8.32
Bump PCRE to version 8.32
Also add a patch to remove compatibility bits, fixing:

Kill ABI compatibility bits, we don't need them.
Fixes build failures on non-ELF (blackfin) targets.
