Maxime Hadjinlian 35d3713bdc lvm2: enable cmdlib and dmeventd

to be compiled with --enable-cmdlib --enable-dmeventd, which
dmraid can then invoke on boot.

[Thomas: slightly reformat the list of configure options.]
