qemu now requires gcc >= 7.5, which was the last release in the 7.x series. We do not have symbols for a gcc dot-version dependency, nor do we want to add one. So, add a dependency on gcc >= 8, for both the host and target variants. In addition: - Add a missing comment in package/qemu/Config.in.host explaining the host gcc requirements if host gcc < 8. GObject introspection is a middleware layer between C
libraries (using GObject) and language bindings. The C library
can be scanned at compile time and generate a metadata file,
in addition to the actual native C library. Then at runtime,
language bindings can read this metadata and automatically
provide bindings to call into the C library.
