Fixes the following security issues:
[CVE-2020-10543] Buffer overflow caused by a crafted regular
expression
[CVE-2020-10878] Integer overflow via malformed bytecode produced by a
crafted regular expression
[CVE-2020-12723] Buffer overflow caused by a crafted regular
expression
