Update bash to patchlevel 27.
It's basically a single patch made out from
http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/bash/bash-4.3-patches/ (bash43-001 to 027).
Fixes CVE-2014-6271 (level 25):
Under certain circumstances, bash will execute user code while processing the
environment for exported function definitions.
Level 26-27 are refinements/improved fixes on CVE-2014-6271.
