Also add a comment to indicate that python-configshell-fb and
targetcli-fb should be bumped every time python-rtslib-fb is bumped
because upstream usually upgrades all of these packages at the same
time.
Another comment warns that switching this package to PyPI would make us
miss new versions of python-rtslib-fb.

by the original author of the package, Christophe Vu-Brugier, this
package should be updated together with python-configshell-fb and
python-targetcli-fb.

We currently have a mix of python packages explicitly depending on python ||
python3 in their Config.in and packages that don't. As all python packages
are inside a python || python3 conditional in the main Config.in, the
explicit dependencies inside the package Config.in is redundant, so drop it
for consistency.

sed -i '/depends on BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON.*PYTHON3/d' package/python-*/Config.in
