3f7c3c3c25 configs: add support for LinkSprite pcDuino 
Add basic support for LinkSprite pcDuino board series
including pcDuino, pcDuino-Lite, pcDuino-Lite-WiFi.
Tested on pcDuino-Lite-WiFi.
