126457aaf5 gptfdisk: bump to version 1.0.3
This version has a new command line argument to sgdisk, -j, that lets one
change the starting address of where the GPT partition table entries are
stored.

The iMX SoC ROM loader, and perhaps others, expects the bootloader to start
at sector 2. Using this option with gptfdisk lets the table entries move
to make space for the bootloader image.

be9d731edf package/g*: fix wrapping of Config.in help text
The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping
on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings
related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with
the letter g in the package directory.

The appropriate indentation is: <tab><2 spaces><62 chars>

4427fe2821 package: fix reverse dependencies of util-linux
Commit 006a328ad6 ("util-linux: fix build with ncurses") removed
dependency on BR2_USE_WCHAR, but failed to update the reverse
dependencies of util-linux.

This commit fixes all such reverse dependencies by removing dependency
on BR2_USE_WCHAR as it is not required by package itself.

3d5f55867a gptfdisk: Add host package
This tool which is useful for scripts that create flash images with
multiple partitions. The host-parted package can do this too, but is
missing a number of features that the gptfdisk program has for dealing
with GPT.

The interactive gdisk and curses based sgdisk aren't built. Just the
scriptable tool sgdisk. The target package allows configuring which
tools are built, but this seem unnecessarily complex for the host
tool.

2ced21f8f9 package: add hashes for SourceForge-hosted packages
Since SourceForge sometimes serves us faulty tarballs, we can tons of
autobuild failures:
    http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/9fb/9fba5bf086a4e7a29e5f7156ec43847db7aacfc4/
    http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/6c8/6c837b244c45ac3b3a887734a371cd6d226cf216/
    ...

Fix that by adding hash files for all SourceForge-hosted packages (thos
etht did not already have it).

We normally prefer to use hashes published by upstream, but hunting them
all one by one is a tedious task, so those hashes were all locally
computed with a script that searched for SF-hosted packages, downloades
the associated tarball, computed the hash, and stored it in the
corresponding .hash file.

Also, SF publishes sha1 hashes, while I used the stronger sha256, since
sha1 is now considered to be relatively weak.

665e13c85e Rename BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to BR2_STATIC_LIBS
Since a while, the semantic of BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB has been changed
from "prefer static libraries when possible" to "use only static
libraries". The former semantic didn't make much sense, since the user
had absolutely no control/idea of which package would use static
libraries, and which packages would not. Therefore, for quite some
time, we have been starting to enforce that BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB
should really build everything with static libraries.

As a consequence, this patch renames BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to
BR2_STATIC_LIBS, and adjust the Config.in option accordingly.

This also helps preparing the addition of other options to select
shared, shared+static or just static.

Note that we have verified that this commit can be reproduced by
simply doing a global rename of BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to
BR2_STATIC_LIBS plus adding BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to Config.in.legacy.

2a86ea7fc9 gptfdisk: ensure that the package always builds/installs something
Until now, selecting just the gptfdisk package wouldn't do anything.
It wouldn't build anything at all, and wouldn't install anything.
This is rather odd.

So now, we ensure that at least one of the two tools that gptfdisk can

select of util-linux in Config.in, and remove the if condition in the
makefile that was preventing the package from being built if no tools
