Upstream commit
c638987dd8
removed the dependency to x11 support in libva keeping only libdrm as
dependency. This commit will enable the usage of libva with Kodi's

The poppler package failed to build for me with errors such as this one:
host/aarch64-buildroot-linux-gnu/include/c++/10.3.0/cstdlib:75:15: fatal error: stdlib.h: No such file or directory
75 | #include_next <stdlib.h>
| ^~~~~~~~~~
Changing the CMake option to a link-specific one fixes the issue.
Also change other packages with the same issue: cutelyst, gerbera,
kf5-modemmanager-qt, kodi and wampcc.

Rebased patch 0001.
Removed patch 0002, not needed anymore due to use of system ffmpeg
package.
Added patch 0002 to fix build with gcc-4.9, gcc-4.8 stays broken.
Switch from python2 to python3, reworked dependencies.
Rework platform handling following upstream changes, only the choice
of a render system (OpenGL vs. OpenGLES) is needed now, for details
see upstream PR 18534. Add configure options to force detection of the
host version of wayland-scanner.
Use system ffmpeg instead of internal build.
Added dependency to spdlog, for reference see upstream PR 17498.
cpluff was removed upstream.
Add configure option to use host version of flatc.
Add configure option to disable tests, for reference see upstream PR
17489.
Added optional dependency to libudfread, for reference see upstream PR
17612.

- Fix CVE-2020-26682 (In libass 0.14.0, the `ass_outline_construct`'s
call to `outline_stroke` causes a signed integer overflow.) through

which does not apply cleanly over version 0.14.
It should be noted that version 0.15 also fixes other integer
overflows (which have no CVE assigned)

libcec added sysfs scanning support:
On Linux, dynamic device discovery is currently implemented via libudev,
which may not be available on more minimal systems. Thus, we implement a
new device discovery that directly uses sysfs to scan through available
USB devices for supported ones without any additional dependencies.

BlueZ 4.x is deprecated since a long time (BlueZ 5.x has been released
in 2012) so drop it.

drop bluez_utils.

A sub-component of Kodi (cpluff) needs to be autoreconf-ed, and uses
gettext, so calls to autopoint:

Can't exec "autopoint": No such file or directory at [...]/host/share/autoconf/Auto4te/FileUtils.pm line 345.

autoreconf: autopoint is needed because this package uses Gettext

Now that the infra takes care of removing extraneous spaces before
commas, we can safely append to LICENSE variables.
This removes the only case where we had to use immediate assignment
to append to a variable.
Mechanical change, with:
$ sed -r -i -e 's/\<([^[:space:]]+_LICENSE) := \$\(\1\),/\1 += ,/' \
$(git grep -l -E '\<([^[:space:]]+_LICENSE) := \$\(\1\),')
