fcb646178f configs/qemu: update ppc virtex ml507 
Switch to kernel 4.0.
Use a custom kernel config to avoid the caveat of a huge debug-enabled
one.
And also reduce defconfig options to avoid bloat.

7466f74b3c configs/qemu: enable tmpfs for custom configs 
Enable TMPFS support for our custom qemu kernel configs, it's generally
used and can lead to failures/confusion.
Moreover enable ACL & XATTR TMPFS support for SystemD.
