01ec4a39f5 package/batman-adv: update to 2023.1
Older Batman-adv versions fail to build with kernel 6.4.x
with following error message:
bat_iv_ogm.c:283:18: error: implicit declaration of function 'prandom_u32_max'; did you mean 'prandom_u32_state'? [-Werror=implicit-function-declaration]

prandom_u32_max got removed in commit 3c202d14a9d73fb63c3dccb18feac5618c21e1c4
from the Linux kernel.

50da16cf94 package/batman-adv: bump to version 2022.2
This bump will fix the following build failure with kernel >= 5.18 thanks to
f07a0c37ab:

/home/buildroot/autobuild/instance-2/output-1/build/batman-adv-2021.4/net/batman-adv/bridge_loop_avoidance.c: In function ‘batadv_bla_send_claim’:
/home/buildroot/autobuild/instance-2/output-1/build/batman-adv-2021.4/net/batman-adv/bridge_loop_avoidance.c:446:9: error: implicit declaration of function ‘netif_rx_any_context’ [-Werror=implicit-function-declaration]
  446 |         netif_rx_any_context(skb);
      | ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Indeed, netif_rx_any_context has been dropped since kernel 5.18:

44128acc3c package/batman-adv: enable B.A.T.M.A.N. V protocol by default
As upstream enables CONFIG_BATMAN_ADV_BATMAN_V option since
2018.2 by defaullt ([1]) honor this in buildroot and do
the same (and remove the legacy experimental comment accordingly -
although upstream docs still mention it as legacy, that's really an
oversight, the community considers it the go-to protocol for years now).

20b9724ee2 package/batman-adv: fix compile with BR2_PACKAGE_BATMAN_ADV_BATMAN_V disabled
Commit e8b1eeb2f3 (package/batman-adv: fix compile with
BR2_PACKAGE_BATMAN_ADV_BATMAN_V disabled) was tested against an RPi4
linux kernel already enabling the build-in batman-adv module inlcusive
batman-v, hence it missed the case where the in-tree module is not
enabled.

Taking a deeper look at the configure script gen-compat-autoconf.sh
reveals that the batman feature options must be explicitly set to 'y' or
'n' to work as expected.

4db9bbb475 package/b*/Config.in: fix help text wrapping
The check-package script when ran gives warnings on text wrapping
on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings
related to the text wrapping for the Config files starting with
the letter b in the package directory.

The appropriate indentation is: <tab><2 spaces><62 chars>
See http://nightly.buildroot.org/#writing-rules-config-in for more
information.

d90f182b91 batman-adv: new package
This package introduces batman-adv, a kernel module implementation of
the B.A.T.M.A.N. IV and V mesh network routing protocols.

While batman-adv exists in the mainline kernel tree, it can also be
built as an external out-of-tree module. This package adds the
flexibility to chose a more up to date version of the module than exists
in the official tree, and also allows for compilation against kernels
without batman-adv in-tree support.

 - fix indentation of Config.in help text
 - license is GPLv2, not just GPL
 - remove variable BATMAN_ADV_MAKE_OPTS, name it directly
BATMAN_ADV_MODULE_MAKE_OPTS as this is what is expected by the kernel
   module infrastructure.]
