3d5f55867a gptfdisk: Add host package
This tool which is useful for scripts that create flash images with
multiple partitions. The host-parted package can do this too, but is
missing a number of features that the gptfdisk program has for dealing
with GPT.

The interactive gdisk and curses based sgdisk aren't built. Just the
scriptable tool sgdisk. The target package allows configuring which
tools are built, but this seem unnecessarily complex for the host
tool.

[Thomas: minor reformatting tweaks.]

43713266cf gptfdisk: ensure correct libintl/libiconv build order
Fixes:
http://autobuild.buildroot.net/results/c7d/c7d48554d76e39cbdf715721ae51e3516a99f97e/

We're explicitly linking against libintl/libiconv if enabled when linking
statically, but weren't ensuring that those libraries had already been built
before gptfdisk leading to linker issues.

6fe42d07fa gptfdisk: fix static linking issue with iconv
Fixes:
http://autobuild.buildroot.net/results/e89/e891a5bab72690a530781ad87d5804a53a209b5c/

Similar to libintl, some of the gptfdisk dependencies may link against
libiconv, so we need to do so as well when linking statically.

665e13c85e Rename BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to BR2_STATIC_LIBS
Since a while, the semantic of BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB has been changed
from "prefer static libraries when possible" to "use only static
libraries". The former semantic didn't make much sense, since the user
had absolutely no control/idea of which package would use static
libraries, and which packages would not. Therefore, for quite some
time, we have been starting to enforce that BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB
should really build everything with static libraries.

As a consequence, this patch renames BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to
BR2_STATIC_LIBS, and adjust the Config.in option accordingly.

This also helps preparing the addition of other options to select
shared, shared+static or just static.

Note that we have verified that this commit can be reproduced by
simply doing a global rename of BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to
BR2_STATIC_LIBS plus adding BR2_PREFER_STATIC_LIB to Config.in.legacy.

20a60679c4 gptfdisk: add support for building and install cgdisk
In addition to the command-line tool gdisk and the interactive tool
sgdisk, gptfdisk also provides a ncurses based tool, cgdisk. This
commit adds support for building and installing this tool.

8e14c0429d gptfdisk: use TARGET_CONFIGURE_OPTS properly, use TARGET_MAKE_ENV
$(TARGET_CONFIGURE_OPTS) should be passed as $(MAKE) argument, not in
the environment. We can then remove the redefined CC and LD variables
that were useless. We also take this opportunity to pass
$(TARGET_MAKE_ENV) in the environment of make.

2a86ea7fc9 gptfdisk: ensure that the package always builds/installs something
Until now, selecting just the gptfdisk package wouldn't do anything.
It wouldn't build anything at all, and wouldn't install anything.
This is rather odd.

So now, we ensure that at least one of the two tools that gptfdisk can
build and install is selected. This allows use to factorize a bit the
select of util-linux in Config.in, and remove the if condition in the
makefile that was preventing the package from being built if no tools
was selected.
