cf5206ea98 boot/afboot-stm32: add patch fixing build issue with recent binutils
The afboot-stm32 build system was initially linking with gcc, but that
was changed upstream following a Buildroot contribution to use ld
instead.

However, the build system was still passing -nostartfiles, which is a
gcc option. By luck, this option was simply ignored by older versions
of ld (such as binutils 2.32), but newer versions of ld (2.36 and
newer, at least) no longer accept/ignore this option.

This commit adds a patch that drops the use of this option, since it
is useless for ld.

The first patch is slightly updated because the upstream pull request
has been updated to contain both build fixes.

b235a2cffc boot/afboot-stm32: upgrade version
Newer versions of the kernel generate device trees that are not
storable in a single 16kB sector. In these cases the kernel load address
must be changed.
The commit 2e499dcff3ef ("Add possibility to use custom kernel load address")
adds the possibility to override the default (0x08008000) kernel load
address.

This also required changes to the stm32f429_disco_defconfig and
stm32f469_disco_xip_defconfig configurations. Patching is no longer
needed.

Also update whitespaces in hash file (2 spaces).

1c967e2c8c boot/afboot-stm32: fix build with gcc 10
This commit adds a patch that passes -fno-builtin to fix the build
with gcc 10. The patch has been submitted upstream.

There are no autobuilder failures, since it's a bootloader package,
and therefore not tested by the autobuilders. However, a build failure
was detected when building toolchains and a minimal ARMv7-M system at
https://gitlab.com/bootlin/toolchains-builder/-/jobs/729359529.

69808c7536 package: remove 'v' prefix from github-fetched packages
On Github, a large number of projects name their tag vXYZ (i.e v3.0,
v0.1, etc.). In some packages we do:

 <pkg>_VERSION = v0.3
 <pkg>_SITE = $(call github foo,bar,$(<pkg>_VERSION))

And in some other packages we do:

 <pkg>_VERSION = 0.3
 <pkg>_SITE = $(call github foo,bar,v$(<pkg>_VERSION))

I.e in one case we consider the version to be v0.3, in the other case
we consider 0.3 to be the version.

The problem with v0.3 is that when used in conjunction with
release-monitoring.org, it doesn't work very well, because
release-monitoring.org has the concept of "version prefix" and using
that they drop the "v" prefix for the version.

Therefore, a number of packages in Buildroot have a version that
doesn't match with release-monitoring.org because Buildroot has 'v0.3'
and release-monitoring.org has '0.3'.

Since really the version number of 0.3, is makes sense to update our
packages to drop this 'v'.

This commit only addresses the (common) case of github packages where
the prefix is simply 'v'. Other cases will be handled by separate
commits. Also, there are a few cases that couldn't be handled
mechanically that aren't covered by this commit.

f546c35ab2 boot/afboot-stm32: create destination directory during installation
Following d0f4f95e39 ("Makefile: rework
main directory creation logic"), BINARIES_DIR is not implicitly
created by the main Makefile at the beginning of the build, leaving
that up to whatever piece of code needs to install something in
$(BINARIES_DIR).

The afboot-stm32 package didn't pay attention to this, which this
commit fixes.

While at it, we move the afboot-stm32 installation into
<pkg>_INSTALL_IMAGES_CMDS, because using <pkg>_INSTALL_TARGET_CMDS to
install only files to BINARIES_DIR is a bit strange.

a354e3828d afboot-stm32: use the Buildroot toolchain
By default, the afboot-stm32 Makefile uses "CROSS_COMPILE =
arm-none-eabi-". Since I had such a toolchain installed on my system
when testing afboot-stm32, I didn't realize it wasn't using the
Buildroot toolchain.

However, using the Buildroot toolchain doesn't immediately works for
FLAT toolchains, as gcc automatically wants to create a FLAT
binary. So we need to adjust the afboot-stm32 Makefile to use directly
'ld' and not 'gcc' when linking.
