Since the bump to 1.5.3, pkgconf prepends the sysroot to all absolute
paths found in the .pc file. This is correct when the paths refer to
something in STAGING_DIR (e.g. libdir, includedir), but not when it
refers to something used for the target.
ccid uses the usbdropdir variable from libpcsclite.pc to decide where to
install things. Since DESTDIR is prepended to the install destination,
this will end up in the wrong location.
Until a better solution is found in pkgconf, pass the usbdropdir to use
explicitly instead of relying on libpcsclite.pc.

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for LGPLv2.1/LGPLv2.1+ is LGPL-2.1/LGPL-2.1+.
This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/LGPLv2.1(\+)?/LGPL-2.1\1/g'

This patch converts udev to a virtual package. For the moment, there is only
one provider for the udev features: eudev.
Packages meant to provide udev-like features must select the symbol
BR2_PACKAGE_HAS_UDEV.
Packages depending on BR2_ROOTFS_DEVICE_CREATION_DYNAMIC_UDEV or
BR2_PACKAGE_UDEV have been converted to use the new symbol.

alioth.debian.org uses a SSL certificate signed by spi-inc.org, which isn't
a trusted CA on non-Debian systems, causing wget to refuse download.
Fix it by using http URLs instead.
