$"str" is supposed to translate str (depending on the current locale).
In ash/dash/..., it cannot be expanded, so commands like
echo $"Usage: $0 start|stop"
are printed as '$Usage: SCRIPT start|stop' in [d]ash,
and as 'Usage: SCRIPT start|stop' in bash.
This patch removes the '$' in front of '"'.
Command(s) used for editing:
find . -type f -name '[SK][0-9][0-9]*' | \
xargs sed -r -e 's@[$](["])@\1@g' -i

Update initscript for the /usr/sbin -> /usr/bin change which is the
default installation directory now that it's using autotools infra.
Also add hash file.
Make the initscript use tabs instead of spaces.
Make the config file installation conditional.
Now with optional gnutls support for HTTPS.

inadyn is a DynamicDNS client/updater which works with dyndns.com, noip.com
and many other DDNS providers. It is minimal in footprint and requirements,
supports IP caching, multiple providers, multiple domain names, and
a variety of other situations.
