Video4Linux2 plugins can udev for device probing and monitor.
This greatly improves load time and monitoring performance.
It also enables hotplug monitoring for cameras.
gstreamer is libglib2-based; libgudev is libnglib2-based. So they both
have the same basic dependencies as liblib2 has, and thus propagating
the dependencies of libgudev is not necessary (but might be confusing in
the future, even though such a change is highly unlikely...)

Currently there is no explicit way to turn the jack plugin on or off.
Create a menu entry allowing users to disable or enable the plugin,
like we have for other features (for example the Pulseaudio plugin).

package and allows a user to encode MP2s with TwoLAME.

Group these patches because of several changes to the plugin packages.
Changes:
- Remove upstreamed patches:
- 0001-fdkaacenc-Remove-MODE_2_1.patch
- 0002-fdkaacdec-Use-WAV-channel-mapping-instead-of-interle.patch
- Add BR2_PACKAGE_GST1_PLUGINS_BAD_PLUGIN_COMPOSITOR to Config.in.legacy as
this plugin is moved to gst1-plugins-base.
- Add BR2_PACKAGE_GST1_PLUGINS_BAD_PLUGIN_IQA to Config.in.legacy as this the
plugin is now removed.
- Add BR2_PACKAGE_GST1_PLUGINS_BAD_PLUGIN_OPENCV to Config.in.legacy as the
plugin now requires opencv3 with the bgsegm opencv_contrib module, which is
not in Buildroot.
- Add BR2_PACKAGE_GST1_PLUGINS_BAD_PLUGIN_STEREO to Config.in.legacy as this
plugin is merged with the audiofx plugin in gst1-plugins-good.
- Add BR2_PACKAGE_GST1_PLUGINS_BAD_PLUGIN_VCD to Config.in.legacy as this
plugin is removed.
- Remove COPYING.LIB from gst-plugins-base mk file and hash file as it no
longer exists.
- Add BR2_PACKAGE_GST1_PLUGINS_BASE_PLUGIN_COMPOSITOR to gst1-plugins-base.mk
- Add BR2_PACKAGE_GST1_PLUGINS_BASE_PLUGIN_OVERLAYCOMPOSITION to

gst1-plugins-good is built with --disable-qt option, so qmlgl plugin
is disabled. Add an option to enable it, allowing to use the qmlglsrc
and qmlglsink GStreamer elements.

Jack2 audio server is part of buildroot, but the jack gst plugins are
disabled completely in gst1-plugins-good, whether or not jack2 is
selected. This changes the logic so that if the build system
determines that the jack2 audio server is selected, then the jack
plugins are enabled. If the plugins are enabled, then jack2 is also
added as a dependency to gst1-plugins-good.

The BR2_PACKAGE_PULSEAUDIO_HAS_ATOMIC dependency of
BR2_PACKAGE_PULSEAUDIO was not properly propagated to reverse
dependencies, causing the following kconfig warning:

These are grouped together because several plugins have been re-arranged and
there is no way to individually update each plugin package.
Changes:
Add the following to gst1-plugins-base and remove them from plugins-bad:
- opengl
- gles2
- glx
- egl
- x11
- dispmanx
- audiomixer
Add the following to plugins-good and remove them from plugins-ugly:
- lame
- mpg123
moved --disable-qt from plugins-bad to plugins-good
Delete upstream patch from gst1-plugins-ugly ([1])
- 0001-x264enc-fix-build-with-newer-x264-with-support-for-m.patch
Also add hashes for the license files.

This commit fixes the warnings reported by check-package on the help
text of all package Config.in files, related to the formatting of the
help text: should start with a tab, then 2 spaces, then at most 62
characters.
The vast majority of warnings fixed were caused by too long lines. A
few warnings were related to spaces being used instead of a tab to
indent the help text.

The check-package script when ran gives warnings on ordering issues
on all of these Config files. This patch cleans up all warnings
related to the ordering in the Config files for packages starting with
the letter g in the package directory.
The appropriate ordering is: type, default, depends on, select, help

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for LGPLv2.1/LGPLv2.1+ is LGPL-2.1/LGPL-2.1+.
This change is done using following command.

The V4L2 module of gst-plugins-good provides an extra option to allow
probing for extra devices at plugin load time. This will enable features
such as video conversion using the V4L2 M2M api

optional dependency:
