d9e5c2b627 package/initscripts: refactor S20urandom
Adapt the format to the current template, used in other init scripts,
but do not use start/stop functions due to peculiarities.

Treat RNG initialization and random seed backup as separate operations.

Read /proc/sys/kernel/random/poolsize to calculate the pool size, as
suggestred by the urandom manual page.

Ensure that the random seed file has the correct size to prevent dumping
an empty file to /dev/urandom on the first boot.

Save the seed at /var/lib/random-seed as other non-systemd distributions
do (e.g. RHEL6), since /etc can be in a red-only rootfs. The Filesystem
Hierarchy Standard defines that /var/lib holds persistent data modified
by programs as they run.

Users willing to use a different path just need to redefine URANDOM_SEED
in /etc/default/urandom instead of rewriting the init script.

5fb1b86782 package/ifupdown-scripts: new package
The ifupdown scripts can be used independently of the init system, be it
sysv, busybox or systemd; they could even be used when there is no init
system (i.e. the user is providing his own).

Currently, those ifupdown scripts are bundled in the skeleton.

But we soon will have a skeleton specific to systemd, so we would be
missing those scripts (when systemd-networkd is not enabled).

So, move those scripts to their own package.

To keep the current behaviour (before it is changed in future commits),
we make that package default to y, but depend on the default skeleton.

Instead of being a target-finalize hook, the scripts are installed as
any other package are, with a package install-target command.

e8c18f2d19 initscripts: show status in S40network
The output of "/etc/init.d/S40network start/stop" was lacking a
newline due to the usage of printf. Fix it by echoing the status, like
we do in other init scripts.

83da516350 initscripts: remove SOURCE
Now that the package infrastructure doesn't attempt to download a package
that has an empty version string, there's no need to define the SOURCE
variable in the initscripts package.

49964858f4 package/initscripts: S40network: wait for network interfaces to appear
On some machines, the network interface is slow to appear. For example,
on the Raspberry Pi, the network interface eth0 is an ethernet-over-USB,
and our standard boot process is too fast, so our network startup script
is called before the USB bus is compeltely enumerated, thus it can't
configure eth0.

Closes #8116.

0f75b2635e package: Replace 'echo -n' by 'printf'
'echo -n' is not a POSIX construct (no flag support), we shoud use
'printf', especially in init script.

This patch was generated by the following command line:
git grep -l 'echo -n' -- `git ls-files | grep -v 'patch'` | xargs sed -i 's/echo -n/printf/'

89d39fc7a3 initscripts: new package
The folder init.d is currently installed by default since it's part of
our skeleton.
This patch creates a package out of it and make busybox/sysvinit depends
on it.

This way, if you chose another init, you don't end up with a useless
init.d folder.

[Thomas:
  - make the initscripts package selectable via a hidden bool
  - remove some unneeded changes in sysvinit.mk.]
