We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for BSD-2c is BSD-2-Clause.
This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/BSD-2c/BSD-2-Clause/g'

We're disabling fenv.h usage on i386 because it is not available in
musl/uclibc (and not musl/glibc as was written).

The recommended form is without the trailing slash. Buildroot will add a slash
between FOO_SITE and FOO_SOURCE as appropriate.

This commit adds a patch to mpdecimal that makes it understand
--enable-shared/--disable-shared and --enable-static/--disable-static,
even if mpdecimal isn't using automake/libtool. It allows to build
only the static variant of the mpdecimal library when needed.

Since the trailing slash is stripped from $($(PKG)_SITE) by pkg-generic.mk:
$(call DOWNLOAD,$($(PKG)_SITE:/=)/$($(PKG)_SOURCE))
so it is redundant.
This patch removes it from $(PKG)_SITE variable for BR consistency.
