b2ed6a0564 libatomic_ops: bump to version 7.2 
The 1.2 we were using doesn't build on ARM Thumb platforms:

  http://autobuild.buildroot.org/results/94ef6be7dcb31021462e7313724217627d4b29df/build-end.log

Moreover, the 7.2 version is the one used by Debian/Ubuntu, and it has
been tested to build fine with the two packages that depend on
libatomic_ops: libdrm and pulseaudio.

68d2124d33 libatomic_ops: make it available only on supported architectures 
libatomic_ops build fails on architectures such as MIPS or SuperH that
are not supported. So we make it possible to select the libatomic_ops
package only for the architectures that are known to be supported.

300f9c9c9d package: remove useless arguments from AUTOTARGETS 
Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.
