Max Filippov	83f7fb0d5b	package/binutils: fix crash caused by buggy xtensa overlay ... In some xtensa configurations there may be system/user registers in xtensa-modules with negative index. ISA initialization for such config may clobber heap and result in program termination. Don't update lookup table entries for register with negative indices. Thomas Petazzoni	172d471488	binutils: bump 2.28.x series to 2.28.1 ... binutils 2.28.1 is a bug-fix release of the 2.28.x branch, so let's switch to it.
