c6ad2fcb90 gcc: switch microblaze to version 4.9.x 
Switch to gcc 4.9.x for microblaze since it's a better target than
4.8.x, and also add a build patch that fixes (e)glibc build issues.
Hence disable 4.8.x for microblaze.

35f11bb436 toolchain: add gcc 4.9 series 
Add the recently released gcc 4.9.0.
Use 4.8.2 patches and remove those that no longer apply/are needed
(mostly PR fixes and xtensa).
libmudflap was removed upstream.
