e527bdd8a9 board: update hashes of git archives
Replace the names of the tarballs in the hash files to -git3.

Linux and U-Boot sources do contain symlinks, so the hashes change.

32dcc92655 *: update filename for git-download packages
The version suffix for the git-generated archives has changed, so update
the filenames accordingly in the hash files. The content of the archives
has not changed, though.

c77a7acb88 board/radxa/rock5b: Disable FIQ debug interface
The custom kernel used for the Rock5B features an FIQ debug
interface which is enabled by default. As it is not needed, it is
disabled. The documentation features instructions on how to
re-enable it, if it is needed.

9ebbfeff38 configs/rock5b: add hash for custom kernel
Commit d344ffe624 (configs/rock5b: add hash for custom uboot)
explicitly noted that the kernel was retrieved from a git-clone, so the
sha1 of the commit was enough to get what we expect.

However, that does not account for the fact that the upstream repository
can disapear or be temporarily unavailable (maliciously or not). In that
case, the kernel archive will be looked up on the backup mirror.

In that case, the download is via wget over https, which protects the
transport, but does not guarantee that the remote server serves the
expected archive.

The hash file was dropped when d344ffe624 was applied; restore it.

Since the defconfig now has hashes for all its downloads, enforce
checking hashes.

d344ffe624 configs/rock5b: add hash for custom uboot
The defconfig uses a custom uboot version, downloaded with wget, so we
weant to be sure that it does not get modified on the server, so we add
a hash for it.

The kernel we get from a git clone, so the sha1 of the commit is enough
to be sure that what we get is what we expect (because we do a local
tarball out of a git clone).

Since we only get a hash for uboot and not for the kernel, we don't
enable BR2_DOWNLOAD_FORCE_CHECK_HASHES.

0293d131c9 board/radxa/rock5b: fix kernel patch location
Commit 2a5d90a595 (configs/rock5b: Add patches to fix gcc12 warnings)
introduced the kernel patches in an incorrect directory.

Fix that by moving them in the proper location.

2a5d90a595 configs/rock5b: Add patches to fix gcc12 warnings
This patch introduces patches for the custom kernel, as it is
currently used for the Radxa Rock 5B. The patches fix two gcc
compiler warnings, which result in a build error, if the kernel
is used with gcc version 12.
Since also the code of custom board drivers for WiFi support is
affected, and no fixes are provided by the vendor, the custom WiFi
support is disabled.

293196b2ba configs/rock5b: new defconfig
This patch adds the defconfig file needed to build u-boot, kernel
and rootfs for the Rock 5B. In addition it adds a kernel config
fragment file, which activates the needed ethernet driver support.
It also adds a readme and post image scripts, needed to generate an
sdcard.img file, which can be flashed on an SD card to boot the
Radxa Rock 5B.

a87ae21630 board/*/genimage.cfg: use partition-type-uuid = F for some FAT partitions
The genimage.cfg modified by this commit used the partition-type-uuid
c12a7328-f81f-11d2-ba4b-00a0c93ec93b, which identifies the EFI System
Partition, for a partition that isn't the EFI System Partition, but
just a regular FAT partition, for which GUID
ebd0a0a2-b9e5-4433-87c0-68b6b72699c7 is more appropriate.

So we switch these to use partition-type-uuid = F, as it makes more
sense.

Please note that this commit introduces a difference in the resulting
output, as those partitions will now have a different GUID.

85ee640eb5 board/radxa/rockpi-n8:use partition-type-uuid for genimage-15
Genimage 15 restricted the partition-type option to mbr and hybrid

So let's use for EFI System partition:

5f8ed8fa57 configs/radxa_rock_pi4: remove defconfig
This defconfig tries to build an ARM Trusted Firmware version that
needs an ARM32 toolchain, which is not available as the platform is an
ARM64 one. The correct solution for this is to have a package in
Buildroot for an ARM32 bare-metal toolchain, but this wasn't done in
time for the 2019.08 release.

In order to not release 2019.08 with a broken defconfig, let's remove
it. It can be re-added later once the ARM32 bare-metal toolchain
problem has been resolved.
