We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for BSD-2c is BSD-2-Clause.
This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/BSD-2c/BSD-2-Clause/g'

When nasm was added in da8d09b716, it got both the host and the target
variants even though it doesn't have a Config.in and the target variant isn't
used anywhere. Therefore, this patch removes the unused target variant.

The target package was only present because at the time 'nasm' was
packaged, there was a bug in the package infrastructure that prevented
a package from having a host only variant. This has been fixed since
then, so we can get rid of the useless dummy target package.

Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.

Now that we have libtool-2.2.x patch support, we can get rid of a bunch
of _LIBTOOL_PATH = NO, fixing (potential) cross link issues.
Notice: php not changed, as it uses a very old 1.5 version for the
embedded sqlite, where our buildroot-libtool-v1.5.patch doesn't apply.
