Also mark packages that depend on cups as deprecated as well for easier
tracking.
It would probably be better to mark it as a legacy option so users get a
warning when migrating configuration files, but it would require a
direct removal for that.

This patch fixes the following whitespace problems in Config.in files:
- trailing whitespace
- spaces instead of tabs for indentation
- help text not indented with tab + 2 spaces

The pdftops support in cups needs C++ support, whereas the rest doesn't.
Add a BR2_PACKAGE_CUPS_PDFTOPS (depending on C++ support) to enable it
if needed.
