Makefile.autotools.in automatically adds these to the configure invocation,
so there's no need to explicitly list them.

This patch corrects the commit r23467 and replaces uclibc with
xserver_xorg-server in LXDOOM_DEPENDENCIES.

Moved all games into a subdir called games and
then updated makefiles as necessary.
If not one objects to this one then I will
probably do the same for audio next.
