Update the listed versions to match current status since commit
b4d9b51508 ("configs/solidrun_macchiatobin: bump BSP components").
All components are now from upstream so no need to state that for each
one.

The support for MacchiatoBin board in U-Boot and Linux has been
significantly improved in the past years. So it no longer makes much
sense to have a separate build configuration based on older vendor
Linux kernel and U-Boot. This commit drops the configuration based on
vendor kernel and U-Boot and renames the mainline-based defconfig.

Update the kernel and U-Boot versions to the actual versions in use.
Update the description of supported hardware features.
Add a note that the stale SPI flash environment issue only affects the
vendor BSP.

Bump Linux to 4.15 and U-Boot to 2018.01. Remove networking dts patches
since they has landed in Linux 4.15. Update readme.txt: fix mainline BSP
versions and update boot selection for board rev 1.3.

Add MacchiatoBin board by SolidRun. This board is based on Marvell
Armada 8040 SoC. Board support package includes the following
two options: mainline and vendor BSPs.
Mainline BSP:
- Marvell ATF v1.3-armada-17.10
- mainline U-Boot v2017.11
- mainline Linux kernel v4.14.4
Marvell BSP with more hardware support enabled:
- Marvell ATF v1.3-armada-17.10
- Marvell U-Boot based on v2017.03
- Marvell Linux kernel based v4.4.52
