1b9d9cbafd cdrkit: fix build on uClibc 
cdrkit unconditionally enables code using rcmd(3), which isn't available
on uClibc.

1ef21e7bd4 cdrkit: new package 
Supported both for the target and the host. Will be used by the root
filesystem generation code, thanks to genisoimage.
