Jerzy Grzegorek	07630c4ca6	packages: fix the header package name ... According to the documentation: "Header: The file starts with a header. It contains the module name, preferably in lowercase, enclosed between separators made of 80 hashes." This patch makes the appropriate changes. Gustavo Zacarias	a5c4cde801	dbus-cpp: fix cross build for tools when expat is missing ... dbus-c++ tools use CXX_FOR_BUILD to build in cross scenarios, however they don't use CXXFLAGS_FOR_BUILD nor LDFLAGS_FOR_BUILD thus breaking when there aren't any expat devel files in the default PATHs (build host).
