wl1271-nvs.bin file. Also, refactor some comments and list items.

There is an upcoming new firmware file for a new chipset supported by
iwlwifi, as well as a new revision of the iwlwifi firmware.
The patch only prepares the iwlwifi entries so it is easier to add them.

linux-firmware has gained a few firmware files for Broadcom WiFi
chipsets. Installing all of them takes a lot of place, when usually only
one is really needed.
Split the Broadcom BRCM drivers in two categories: bcm43xx and bcm43xxx,
when they were previously a single config option, so as to reclaim a bit
of space.

The firmwares to use for iwlwifi 3160/7260 are different, depending on which
version of the Linux kernel is being used:
- rev. 7 is for linux 3.10 through 3.12 (both included)
- rev. 8 is for linux 3.13 onward
Add a config choice to select the appropriate version.
(See cset a0a6eeb in the linux-firmware repository for the details.)

Currently, the license files for the many firmware files are installed
in the target, alongside the firmware files, and are not available to the
legal-info infrastructture.
This patch separates the license files from the firmware files, and makes
them available to the legal-info infrastructure, so they get installed
with all the other license files.
Since most firmware files are proprietary (at least those we currently
install), we just have a single license definition. When we later support
other firmwares that have an OSS license, those can add their own
licensing information on a case-by-case basis.

Bump version to get a few new firmware files for some WiFi adapters.
In the rtl81xx familly, it's hard to differentiate each members: I have
a USB stick that identifies itself as TRL8188CUS, but is handled by the
rtl8192ce driver. So I moved all of rtl81xx firmwares under the same
option to avoid confusion.
It will be the responsibility of the user to eventually get rid of
unwanted firmware files in a post-build script, if needed.
Ditto for rtl87xx.
