If gobject-introspection is selected, explicitly set --enable-introspection in
the configure options and add a dependency for gobject-introspection.

We want to use SPDX identifier for license string as much as possible.
SPDX short identifier for LGPLv2/LGPLv2+ is LGPL-2.0/LGPL-2.0+.
This change is done using following command.
find . -name "*.mk" | xargs sed -ri '/LICENSE( )?[\+:]?=/s/LGPLv2(\+)?/LGPL-2.0\1/g'

GUPnP A/V reference manual https://developer.gnome.org/gupnp-av/
says latest available stable version is 0.11.2 but there are
couple of bug fixes releases after that in same series. It looks
like manual is not up-to-date. Use latest version 0.11.6
of series 0.11 instead.
