963bbf266b screen: install configuration file unconditionally 
As discussed, users should use a rootfs overlay or a post-build script
instead of a custom skeleton to override files installed by Buildroot,
so there is no point in having conditions when installing init scripts
or configuration files.

57f2b8d255 packages: rename FOO_INSTALL_TARGET_OPT into FOO_INSTALL_TARGET_OPTS 
To be consistent with the recent change of FOO_MAKE_OPT into FOO_MAKE_OPTS,
make the same change for FOO_INSTALL_TARGET_OPT.

Sed command used:
   find * -type f | xargs sed -i 's#_INSTALL_TARGET_OPT\>#&S#g'

6a16e1631f screen: bump to version 4.2.1 
I re-did the patches: one patch per change, patch configure.in instead
of the configure script itself, a few more issues fixed. This should
hopefully make the patches acceptable for upstream, or at least make it
easier to migrate them on version bumps.

This also fixes compilation with musl libc.

5fadbb58ab screen: fix build when libelf is enabled 
screen's configure script thinks it is running on a SVR4 system when it
detects libelf, breaking the build.

At the same time cleanup the package somewhat, and ensure the correct
CFLAGS are used.

300f9c9c9d package: remove useless arguments from AUTOTARGETS 
Thanks to the pkgparentdir and pkgname functions, we can rewrite the
AUTOTARGETS macro in a way that avoids the need for each package to
repeat its name and the directory in which it is present.
