This patch fixes the following whitespace problems in Config.in files:
- trailing whitespace
- spaces instead of tabs for indentation
- help text not indented with tab + 2 spaces

As it is, the libseccomp code explicitly checks for x86 (32- or 64-bit),
so it can't work on other architectures.
